The process begins by feeding the eggs through an integrated gravity feeder tray, where specially designed rollers rotate the eggs along their axis, while special brushes precisely clean all surfaces.
After washing, the eggs are transferred to the drying unit, which uses a stream of warm air.
The machine also features a closed water circulation system that enhances water consumption efficiency and reduces operating costs.
