Features:

This machine is designed to distribute hot liquids (butter, ghee, or syrup) evenly and uniformly over rectangular trays.
The machine features a digital weight-based dosing system (Digital Scale/Weight Dosing).
All machine components, including the external frame, top covers, scrapers, and front and rear drive belts, are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The machine is designed for trays measuring 40 × 60 cm / 60 × 80 cm.
The spraying or dripping system is based on calculating the weight of the discharged liquid using 4 load cells.
The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC and digital display screen.
The machine is equipped with a 50–400 liter capacity tank, featuring a dedicated electric heating circuit to maintain the liquid's viscosity, along with a dedicated pump.
All parts through which the liquid passes are easy to disassemble and assemble, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
The lower part of the machine can be cleaned using a high-pressure pump.
The machine features a compact, space-saving design.
The machine is easy to clean.
