Features:

This machine is designed for washing plastic trays and aluminum trays up to 40 × 55 cm, using high-pressure hot water at 40–60°C, while saving water and energy by filtering and reusing the water during the washing process.
Production Capacity: Washing rate of 150–300 units, depending on the cleanliness of the unit.
The water is heated in the tank unit using electric heaters or steam (upon request).
All internal and external parts are made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel.
The plastic nozzles can be replaced with stainless steel nozzles (upon request).
Equipped with a drying blower.
An additional sterilization unit can be added at the final stage (upon request).
The conveyor speed can be adjusted.
Easy to operate and use, and can be operated by one worker only.
The machine features high efficiency and low cost.
