Features:
Production Capacity: 3–5 tons during 8 hours of operation, depending on the product thickness, which ranges from 8 to 11 mm.
The production line consists of four main stages:
1- Feeding Stage: The product is manually placed on the front conveyor belt and prepared for the leveling stage, with the conveyor motor speed controlled using a Power Inverter, synchronized with the speed of the entire production line.
2- Leveling Stage: Initial Leveling: Performed using 3 rollers with a diameter of 150 mm, made of heat-resistant food-grade Teflon, with the ability to gradually adjust the distance between the rollers and the conveyor belt to achieve the required thickness, in addition to a cooling fan to reduce the product temperature before cutting. Final Leveling: Performed using a 150 mm diameter roller equipped with a cooling fan to ensure product uniformity and prevent gaps before cutting, while reducing manual intervention during production.
3- Cutting Stage: Longitudinal Cutting (Vertical): The length of the piece is automatically controlled using a reciprocating cutting knife, synchronized with the speed of the production line. Transverse Cutting (Horizontal): Performed using circular knives with a diameter of 15 cm, with the distance between the knives determining the width of the piece according to the required product size.
4- Final Product Conveying and Cooling Stage: The final product is conveyed using a smooth conveyor belt with special specifications, with the conveyor motor speed controlled using a Power Inverter. The product is cooled before reaching the packaging stage using cooling fans operating in two or more stages.
