The machine is designed for washing plastic crates and aluminum trays up to 40 × 70 cm. The washing process is carried out using high-pressure hot water at a temperature of 40–60°C. The machine is designed to reduce water and energy consumption by filtering and recirculating the water during the washing process.

Water in the tank is heated using electric heaters or steam (optional).
All internal and external parts are made of AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel.
Plastic nozzles can be replaced with stainless steel nozzles (optional).
